Shipping & Returns

Hemp Dog Bakery ships all orders through USPS, anywhere in the United States. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

1. How will my Hemp Dog Bakery order be shipped?

Paw CBD offers ground shipping, through USPS, for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.

2. Can Hemp Dog Bakery ship to all 50 states?

Hemp dog Bakery can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

3. Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do not ship internationally as of yet.

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Please email us at sales@braned.com to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it is in pre-shipment, there is a chance we can change the final address.

5. What if I don’t receive my order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbours if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can notify us at sales@braned.com. And if you’re not completely satisfied with your order from Hemp Dog Bakery within 60 days, we are happy to refund your money – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
